Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 8 oz. can pineapple tidbits
    1 11 oz. can mandarin orange
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding mix (cook and serve)
    1 c. mini marshmallow
    1 c. whipped topping
    1 banana sliced (optional)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and oranges, reserve juice. put juices in sauce pan with lemon juice and water. Stir in pudding mix and cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a full boil. Remove from heat and cool. Add pineapple, oranges and marshmallow. Fold in whip topping. Chill overnight. Just before serving fold in bananas.
