Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 to 3/4 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. raisins, puffed and drained
1/2 c. grated carrots
1 apple, diced
Preparation

Heat pineapple juice to dissolve gelatin.
Let cool and add rest of ingredients.
Let stand; refrigerate until real firm.
