Strawberry Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 pt. strawberries
    ladyfinger cookies
    1 1/2 c. cream
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Wash and hull strawberries.
    Set 1 dozen aside for decorations.
    Crush others with sugar to make a syrup.
    Dip each ladyfinger in syrup and line bottom and sides of pan or mold with them.
    Fill the mold in layers:
    strawberries, cream and ladyfingers.
    Put in refrigerator for 1/2 day.
    Turn out of the mold.
    Decorate with whipped cream and strawberry halves.
