Butterscotch Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3.5 oz.) cook & serve butterscotch pudding
    2 c. milk
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    1 pkg. (11 oz.) butterscotch baking chips
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine pudding mix and milk.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
    Remove from the heat; stir in dry cake mix.
    Pour into greased 13x9 baking pan. Sprinkle with butterscotch chips and nuts.
    Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
