Seafoam Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large box lime jello
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small container Cool Whip
Preparation
    Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.
    When cool and ready to eat, beat until foamy.
    Add cottage cheese and pineapple.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour into mold or pan and refrigerate.
