Kentucky Fried Chicken Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 c. very finely chopped cabbage
1/4 c. shredded carrot
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. buttermilk
1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation

Be sure that cabbage and carrots are chopped up in very fine pieces (the size of rice kernels).
Combine remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Add cabbage and carrots; mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
(It is critical to refrigerate slaw for at least 2 hours before serving.)
