Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 c. potatoes
    1 medium onion
    2 tsp. butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    2/3 c. milk
    1/2 lb. cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter; cook onion until tender.
    Add milk, soup and cheese.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Bake 30 or 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
