Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cranberries
1 unpeeled seedless orange, cut into pieces
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
Preparation

In a food grinder or blender, coarsely grind cranberries and orange.
Add sugar and orange liqueur; stir until combined.
Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
Can be made up to one week ahead and refrigerated.
Makes about 2 cups.
