Saute Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 onion, sliced into rings
    3 carrots, peeled and sliced
    3 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Saute onions in oil 3 minutes, stirring.
    Add carrots, celery, water and soy sauce.
    Reduce heat.
    Cover and simmer 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 4.
