Meat Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (can have some pork in this)
    1 egg
    1/2 c. fine seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 c. each of chopped onion and green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 can Hunt's tomato herb sauce
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
Preparation
    Combine ground\tmeats, egg, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion, salt, pepper
    and
    1/2 can herb sauce; mix well.
    Shape into
    1 large loaf (split loaf in half).
    Place cheese slices in
    center of\tloaf, sealing edges well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes;
    drain off fat.
    Pour remaining sauce over meat loaf. Bake 15 minutes longer.
