Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Form in 6 patties and brown on both sides.
    Place in baking pan; cover with mushroom soup.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
    Yield: 6 servings.
