Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
 
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (use juice)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onion
2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients except 1 cup pecans.
 
Shape into one or two balls and chill well.
When thoroughly chilled, roll in the reserved 1 cup of pecans.
Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
