Spinach Souffle(Preparation Time: 45 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped cooked spinach
    3 eggs, separated
Preparation
    Put in saucepan 3 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon onion. Cook slowly until yellow. Add 3 tablespoons flour; blend well and add 1 cup milk. Add 1 cup chopped spinach; stir in 3 well beaten egg yolks. Cook slowly for 1 minute.
    Season to taste and cool 10 minutes. Beat until stiff 3 egg whites and fold gently into spinach mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm (approximately 30 minutes).
