Bobby'S Possum - cooking recipe

Ingredients

possum
salt
pepper
a few small baking size sweet potatoes

Preparation

First catch possum. Parboil possum whole about 1 hour or until tender.
Rub salt and pepper all over.
Put in large roaster pan. Put potatoes around it and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour or until potatoes are done.
