Mexican Nachos - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. milk
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1/2 c. pitted ripe olive slices
1 (16 oz.) bag nacho cheese tortilla chips
Preparation

Combine process cheese spread, onion and milk in saucepan; stir over low heat until cheese spread is melted.
Cover serving platter with chips; top with lettuce, tomato, olives and cheese spread mixture.
Serves 4 to 6.
