Colleen'S Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 German chocolate cake mix, mixed as directed on pkg.
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 stick soft margarine
Preparation

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer the coconut, pecans and cake mix in the order listed.
Mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar and margarine and spoon on top (stay 1-inch inside of edges). Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
