Shrimp Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked rice (in chicken broth)
    1 lb. or more cooked shrimp, boiled in seasoning
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced green onions (including tops)
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish (cream-style)
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of pepper sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Toss real good. Serve on lettuce leaf. Refrigerate overnight.
