Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. oil
3/4 c. water
3 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. (1 can) pumpkin
1 c. chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Beat together sugar, oil, eggs and water.
Add dry ingredients.
Stir in pumpkin.
Fold in nuts.
Grease and flour 4 (1-pound) coffee cans.
Fill half full and bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
