Banana Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 banana, mashed
2 c. sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. coarsely chopped pecans
3/4 c. halved maraschino cherries and 1/4 c. juice
dash of salt
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until thoroughly blended.
Pour mixture into 8-cup oiled mold and freeze at least 3 hours or until firm. Unmold; let stand about 20 minutes at room temperature before serving.
Decorate with whipped cream and peach slices.
Serves 12.
