Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. bite size mushrooms
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
extra oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease a cookie sheet. Using a towel dipped in water and the 1 tablespoon lemon juice, wipe mushrooms clean.
Remove stems; chop them and set mushrooms aside.
To stems, add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pack cavity of mushrooms and place on cookie sheet.
Add a few drops of oil to each mushroom.
Bake for 25 minutes.
Serve warm.
