Biloxi Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. and 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. cream of tarter
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and roll out and cut with a glass top. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
