Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 onion, sliced
    1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 pkg. herb seasoned bread crumbs (8 oz.)
Preparation
    Cook sliced squash and onion until just tender.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add sour cream and soup; mix together.
    Combine margarine with stuffing mix, stirring until well blended.
    Combine half stuffing with squash mixture. Spoon into 2-quart buttered casserole.
    Top with remainder of stuffing.
    Bake approximately 30 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until bubbly.
