Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Rinse and scrub potatoes.
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through.
    Use spoon handle under knife so as not to go all the way through.
    Put in baking dish.
    Slightly spread apart.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
    Bake 1 hour at 425\u00b0 or microwave on High 14 minutes.
