Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 stick margarine
1 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Cover with topping.
