Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts or 3 lb. boneless chicken breast
    2 cans undiluted mushroom soup
    1 large (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 envelope onion soup mix (optional)
    1 small pkg. stuffing mix
    1 (18 or 20 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    In buttered 9 x 12-inch dish, place frozen broccoli.
    Boil chicken (45 minutes or until done).
    Cool and cut into bite size pieces.
    Combine soups and sour cream.
    Mix in chicken.
    Put Cheddar cheese on top of broccoli.
    Spread chicken mixture on top of cheese and broccoli.
    Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
    Place on top of meat mixture.
    Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Makes 8 servings.
