Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery or cheese soup
    2/3 c. water
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained (optional)
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. green onions, sliced
    1/2 tsp. basil (dried), crushed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower according to package directions; drain well. Halve any large pieces.
    In 2-quart casserole, combine soup, water, mushrooms, onion, basil and salt and pepper.
    Carefully stir in cauliflower.
    Sprinkle cheese and paprika on top.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
