Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil (enough to cover bottom of pan)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken breast
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Soak chicken in lemon juice.
    Place chicken in shallow glass pan.
    Combine salt, pepper and paprika.
    Sprinkle over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0. Cover and bake another 35 minutes, until tender.
