Ingredients

1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
4 c. dry bread cubes
1 Tbsp. sage
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. pepper
chicken broth
Preparation

Poultry seasoning may be substituted for parsley and pepper. Saute onion and celery in butter till soft.
Add bread cubes and seasonings.
Add chicken broth to moisten.
Bake if desired.
