Sage Cornmeal Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. frozen or canned corn
1 Tbsp. finely chopped sage
Preparation

Mix flour, cornmeal and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix butter, egg and milk.
Add liquid mix to dry mix and stir until blended.
Stir in corn and sage.
Place in 8 or 9-inch square pan and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
The top should be golden brown.
Serve warm.
