Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 lb. oleo or butter
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 c. l0x powdered sugar
2 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (14 oz.) tub Cool Whip
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Melt butter.
Mix with flour and nuts.
Press into 9 x 13 inch oven-proof dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and cool completely.
Mix softened cream cheese, sugar and 1 c. Cool Whip; spread on cooled crust.
Mix milk, pudding and vanilla; spread on cream cheese mixture.
Place remaining Cool Whip on top. Garnish with pecan halves or shaved curls of chocolate.
