Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage
    10 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and roll in balls.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 310\u00b0 and bake for 10 more minutes.
