Amish Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    milk
    salt and pepper
    diced onions (optional)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in skins.
    Cool thoroughly.
    Peel and grate with a large carrot grater.
    Fry in hot Wesson oil until brown on both sides.
    Add milk, salt and pepper.
    Cover for a few minutes, then serve.
