Baked Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 to 2 c. Miracle Whip
    1 lb. bacon
    1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; peel and dice.
    Fry diced bacon until almost done; drain.
    Combine ingredients except for olives and bacon and place in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Top with olives and bacon and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Do not cover.
