Lindsey'S Sweet Potato Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 big sweet potatoes
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. Pet milk
2 (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Boil the potatoes with skins on until tender with cover on. Drain and peel the potatoes. Thoroughly mash the sweet potatoes with electric mixer.
Mix in butter until melted.
Add sugar, evaporated milk, nutmeg, vanilla and eggs.
Mix with electric mixer until smooth.
Pour sweet potato mixture into the pie crusts.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until knife inserted off center comes out clean.
