Squash And Apple Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. butternut squash
    1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 apples, cored and cut into slices
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cut each squash in half.
    Remove seeds and fibers.
    Pare squash; cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Stir together sugar, margarine, flour, cinnamon and salt.
    Arrange squash in baking dish (11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inches).
    Top with apples. Sprinkle with sugar mixture.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until squash is tender.
