Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large sweet potatoes
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. canned evaporated milk (more, if needed)
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of mace (all spices are added to taste)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar or to taste
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of cloves
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Boil sweet potatoes until tender.
    Peel and mash.
    Then beat with electric hand mixer until smooth and fluffy.
    Add beaten eggs, sugar, milk, melted butter and spices. Mix well. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, checking for doneness or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
