Broccoli Rabe Cooked In Oil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. broccoli rabe or turnip tops
    1/4 c. extra olive oil
    2 Tbsp. coarse breadcrumbs
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 garlic cloves, chopped
    salt and fresh ground pepper
Preparation
    Trim the greens and separate the tough stalk from the tips. Bring a saucepan of salted water to boil and add the stalks.
    When they are almost tender, add the tips and cook another minute or two.
    Drain.
