Crock-Pot Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken fryer
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    3/4 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    sage, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    For the breading, mix together meal, flour, buttermilk, eggs, celery and onion.
