Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1-1/3 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 c. thick buttermilk
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
    1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; add eggs, margarine, and milk; mix well. Fold in vanilla and lemon flavoring. Pour into chilled pie shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes without opening the door. Check to see if center is solid when a knife is inserted.
