Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cubed turkey
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped green pepper
2/3 c. sliced green onions
1/3 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento, drained
1/3 c. reduced calorie mayo
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
vegetable cooking spray
3 Tbsp. fine, dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl; toss. Combine mayo, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Add to turkey mixture.
Mix well.
Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2-quart casserole coated with cooking spray.
Combine bread crumbs and margarine.
Sprinkle evenly over turkey mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
Yields 4 servings (about 261 calories per serving).
