Vidalia Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. milk
    2 c. finely chopped Vidalia onions
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except onions (batter will be thin). Stir in onions, mixing well.
    Pour into well-greased iron skillet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
