Gardener'S Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 green peppers
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    2 medium zucchini, diced
    1 medium tomato, diced
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut each green pepper in half.
    Remove seeds and membranes. Heat the butter.
    Briefly saute onions and zucchini.
    Stir in tomato, thyme and black pepper.
    Spoon mixture into pepper halves. Place in baking dish.
    Pour 1/4 cup water into dish.
    Cover. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes until the peppers are barely tender.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
