Peaches And Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 c. fresh or 1 large can sliced and drained peaches (reserve juice)
1/2 c. plus 1 tsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved juice or milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, pudding, margarine, egg and 1/2 cup milk.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate or square pan.
Make a raised edge with batter.
Place sliced peaches over batter; sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/8 teaspoon of nutmeg.
