Kugel Noodle Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. box broad noodles
    2 eggs
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. raisins and/or drained, crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cook noodles; drain.
    Add eggs and mix.
    Add butter and salt; mix.
    Add cottage cheese and sour cream; mix.
    Add sugar, cinnamon and raisins/pineapple; mix.
    Bake in 8 or 9-inch Pyrex dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
