Carrots And Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1 to 2 Tbsp. skim milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. onion
    3/4 c. potato
    2 tsp. margarine
    1/4 tsp. dill weed
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring 2 inches of water to boiling.
    Add carrots and potato; cover and simmer about 25 minutes or until very tender.
    Drain.
    Beat or mash until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and reheat if necessary.
    Serves 4.
