Spinach Snacks(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach, cook and drain well
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Roll into balls or spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Refrigerate 2 hours.
    Bake at
    325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
