Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. oil
    1 c. flour
    3 large onions
    3 ribs celery
    5 to 6 cloves garlic
    1/4 large bell pepper
    2 qt. water
    3 bay leaves
    Tabasco sauce
    salt and pepper
    file to taste
    shrimp
    crab
    oysters
    1 bunch green onions
    1 bunch parsley
    Worcestershire sauce
    2 or 3 lb. okra
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Make roux by browning oil and flour until it reaches the color of a paper bag.
    Add water and chopped onions, garlic, bell pepper and spices, including bay leaves.
    Cook until tender.
    Then add seafood, green onions and parsley.
    Add okra last and turn off the heat.
