Easter Lilies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. finely chopped onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. vinegar
    4 bread slices, crusts removed
    4 long thin carrot sticks
    8 thin lengthwise dill pickle slices
Preparation
    Combine eggs, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper.
    Add vinegar and mash to smooth paste.
    Spread on bread.
    Fasten two opposite corners of bread together with toothpicks forming lily shape. Decorate with carrot stick for center of lily and pickle slices for leaves.
    Makes 4 servings.
