Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tart apples, peeled, cored, sliced and sprinkled with lemon juice
    1 to 2 tsp. bourbon
    3/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, melted
    1 c. flour
    1 egg, lightly beaten
Preparation
    Arrange apples in buttered 9-inch pie pan.
    Sprinkle with bourbon, then with 1 tablespoon sugar and the cinnamon.
    Pour butter into a bowl.
    Add 3/4 cup sugar, flour and egg and stir until smooth.
    Spread batter over apples; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar.
