Potato Topper - cooking recipe

3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
1/4 c. red onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix yogurt, horseradish, onion and chives together. Serve heated with roast beef or chilled for baked potatoes.
